Under the supervision of the Director of Business Processes and Finance Solutions, the ERP Business Analyst (Finance) acts as an intermediary between the Finance / Accounting departments and the IT team. He/she acts as an advisor, masters the company's financial processes and ensures that IT efforts are aligned with the priorities and strategic objectives of the departments he/she represents.

The ERP Business Analyst is responsible for the evolution of the financial modules of the ERP (SAP S4 Hana). He/she collects, analyzes, documents and validates various business requirements and proposes concrete solutions. He then delivers the solutions through configurations or by collaborating with the development team.

2022 will be a pivotal year for Groupe Touchette as it continues its major digital transformation. The SAP ecosystem (S4 Hana, C4C and Commerce Cloud) is at the heart of this transformation with several stimulating innovation projects. We are looking for the rare pearl who has a background in accounting, experience with ERP(s), or who has a strong interest in them.

Assigned responsibilities

  • Design of functional analysis documents
  • Creation and maintenance of the backlog for the financial modules of SAP S4 Hana
  • Develop business cases and propose business solutions
  • Participation in the deployment and configuration of solutions in an agile context
  • Test and quality control of delivered solutions
  • Participation in training activities
  • Advice and support to customers / users in a perspective of continuous improvement and operational continuity
  • Ensure a strong link between the client and IT
  • Any other related tasks

Success Factor

  • Bilingualism French-English
  • University degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience (CPA, an asset)
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards
  • Strong interest in information technology
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Customer and results oriented
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize
  • Autonomy and resourcefulness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Experience with an ERP system is an asset
  • Experience working with an agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), an asset
  • Experience with SAP and/or Jira, an asset
