Job Purpose


The Training Advisor principal mandate is to provide specific training to the various stakeholders in parallel to/alongside the business solutions offered by the company. He/she works closely with the sales team to increase the level of sales, to enhance the customer loyalty and also to raise the level of technical knowledge of the stakeholders through technical trainings that he/she provides.




  • Develop programs and training plans that are unique and customized according to the customer needs;
  • Promote business solutions for the company through development activities made available to partners;
  • Train local stakeholders on the industry new technologies and innovations;
  • Establish training seminars in order to enhance the participants level of professionalism;
  • Keep up with the market trends and the field evolution and act as a reference when it comes to innovation in that field;
  • Maintain training participation and produce reports and charts to track training expenditures and ensure observance of the 1% Law;
  • Plan the regional calendar of the available trainings (to offer);
  • Provide the training content to customers, employees or other managers by offering trainings at the workplace, e-seminars or conference calls;
  • Develop training tools to support training activities;
  • Assess the training quality and measure the training reach and impact on the participants’ work.


Success Factors


  • Technical Expertise: Your professional background in adult education has given you great insights in learning methods, which have been proven to work. You are skilled to create and provide training and ideally you have a good knowledge in the sales field and the tire industry;
  • Customer Service Oriented: Your interpersonal skills and your sense of customer service enable you to offer an exceptional customer service by putting the internal customers needs at the centre of your projects;
  • Communication Skills: Very good speaker, dynamic and confident, you have an ease to express yourself clearly and this, both oral and written, in English and in French;
  • Master the Office Suite: You work easily with the Office Suite and you can write, create reports and develop visual presentations with agility;
  • Curiosity: You have a thirst to learn and you always want to learn more in order to create training programs tailored to your customers and current trends. Creative, you know how to use your imagination to think outside the box and innovate in the training field;
  • Professional experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in similar functions.
