Job Purpose

The Content Integrator, Digital Platforms, is responsible for obtaining and organizing product information and ensuring its maintenance on the various B2B/B2C transactional platforms of Groupe Touchette.

  • He/she collects product data and ensures its accuracy and consistency from one platform to another (photos / technical data / descriptions / manufacturer rebates / etc.).
  • He/she is also responsible for the coordination of various informative/marketing content (customer messages / news /etc.)
  • Documentation development of processes and new features deployed online.
  • Coordinate and implement the online merchandising strategy.
  • Participates in the implementation / development / optimisation / evolution of digital projects.

Assigned Responsibilities

B2B and B2C Platforms

  • Constant coordination of product information maintenance on our various platforms.
  • Approval (verification) of new products for posting on the platforms.
  • Creation of pages and content (communications, alerts, banners, promotions, etc.).
  • Update of manufacturer rebates programs.
  • Implementation of merchandising strategy with "product boosts" tool
    (by region/province/city/customers/sales channel/etc.) and by featured products.
  • Maintenance and creation of customer groups (content display restrictions).
  • Update of information (warehouse coordinates, opening hours, etc.).
  • Creation of training documents.
  • Set up and maintain an image bank for products.
  • All other related tasks. 

Success Factors 

  • Three to five years of experience in a related and relevant field: automotive or tire industry, digital marketing, or database management.
  • Logical: organizing data in a coherent manner is one of your strengths. You understand the impact of different interventions and know what actions to take to optimize data management.
  • Thoroughness: you are meticulous and are renowned for your attention to detail. You like precision, and you continually ensure the reliability and integrity of data.
  • Curiosity: you like to stay on top of best practices and want to improve data management and organization processes to meet the company's needs.
  • A real team player: you love to help and share your knowledge with your colleagues.
  • You demonstrate initiative and are proactive when working with colleagues.
  • Language skills: superior spoken and written abilities in French and English.
  • Expertise: you are familiar with web analytics and configuration tools (Google Analytics, CMS and Back-office configuration tool, PIM, etc.) and are highly proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel);
  • Knowledge of image processing software, is an asset.
