Job Purpose

Under the Chief Accountant, the Rebilling Clerk is responsible for processing transactions of manufacturers' portal and providing exceptional customer service by handling the various requests from customers, representatives and manufacturers.

 

Assigned responsibilities

  • Process transactions on manufacturers' portals;
  • Issue credit to customers;
  • Follow up with customers;
  • Respond to various requests from customers, representatives, and manufacturers.

 

Success factors

  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Spoken and written English is an asset.
