The Finance Business Process and Solutions Analyst's main tasks are to advise and control the company's financial processes, and to act as an intermediary between the various departments.

 

Assigned responsibilities

  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of the ERP backlog (SAP S4 Hana) while being responsible for the evolution of the financial modules;
  • Gather, analyze, document and validate various business requirements and propose concrete solutions;
  • Actively participate in the deployment and configuration of solutions in an agile context;
  • Perform testing and quality control of delivered solutions;
  • Act as an advisor and support our customers while maintaining a close link with our IT team;
  • All other related tasks

Success factors

  • Academic background and experience: University degree in Accounting and marked experience in accounting as well as knowledge of accounting standards. The CPA must be in the process of being obtained or completed.
  • Technical skills: Experience with ERP, SAP and/or Jira, experience of working with agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) an asset;
  • Skills : Analytical and synthesizing skills. Ability to express oneself both orally and in writing;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that encourages autonomy and resourcefulness;
  • Teamwork and collaboration among colleagues are part of your success factors.
  • Language skills: fluent in French and English.
