The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for managing and administrate property and leasing contract, the person will also plan future real estate acquisitions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and revise legal documents (letters of intent, offers, leases, etc.).
  • Create and manage new contract models.
  • Track important dates for transactions, obligations and rights.
  • Entering contracts on the online platform (CLM).
  • Send default letters.
  • Summarize transactions.
  • Develop asset management plans in collaboration with the team.
  • Collaborate with all real estate team members and stakeholders on optimization.
    Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    Any other related tasks

Success factors

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in contract management in the real estate sector.
  • Studies in business law or real estate degree.
  • Experience in real estate options analysis and acquisition.
  • Experience in leadership and team management.
  • Ability to carry out and analyze all financial transactions related to real estate.
  • Very good knowledge of the Office suite.
  • Bilingualism required.
