The  Talent Acquisition Technician's main responsibilities are to support the Talent Acquisition team in all recruitment activities for warehouses across Canada. The individual will be responsible for hiring handling and delivery support staff.

Responsibilities entrusted

  1. Post positions on the different platforms;
  2. Screen the applications received
  3. Conduct telephone interviews;
  4. Schedule interviews with warehouse managers;
  5. Conduct background checks;
  6. Monitor the results and recruitment needs of warehouse managers;
  7. Participate in the development of various recruitment tools and projects;
  8. Any other related tasks.

Success Factors

  1. Customer service: you have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and you like recruitment;
  2. Organization: Skilled at managing several files at once, you know how to organize your agenda;
  3. Sense of initiative: You are resourceful, bright and autonomous;
  4. Communication skills: Bilingual, in French and English.
