Under the supervision of the Finance Director, the Head of Department - Accounting is responsible for all the company's accounting activities, with the main mandates being the supervision of the month-end and year-end process, the preparation of financial statements and the governance of internal accounting controls.

Assigned responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 8-10 people while ensuring their professional development;
  • Control the month-end process including coordination of internal teams (accounting/FP&A/operations), documentation and data consolidation;
  • Manage the year-end process including coordination of external auditors with internal teams;
  • Supervise preparation of individual/consolidated financial statements and third-party reporting;
  • Coordinate and review general ledger account analyses, including preparation of presentations for senior management;
  • Be involved in optimization or acquisition projects requiring accounting support;
  • Ensure that established processes are respected and governed;
  • Any other related duties.

  • Accounting expertise: Your university degree in accounting, your recognized professional accreditation (CPA) and your 5-10 years' experience in the field

  • Analytical mindset: You enjoy solving complex problems and are able to reason conceptually. You know how to identify the links between different elements and make accurate diagnoses, which leads you to be able to formulate sound recommendations;
  • Computer skills: Excel and spreadsheets hold no secrets for you. Expertise in a comparable ERP system
