  • Participate in the development and complete management of certain promotional programs;
  • Manage the development, preparation and distribution of POP materials and ensure budgetary compliance;
  • Coordinate the execution of large-scale marketing projects: establish and respect deadlines, gather all relevant information and follow up with the parties involved, post mortem;
  • Understand the needs and objectives of the projects for which he or she is responsible;
  • Participate in the development of strategies and deployment plans;
  • In some cases, actively contribute to the creation of external communications and various communication tools (sales tools, newsletters, exhibition material, etc.) and even, in some cases, manage certain communication programs from start to finish;
  • Coordinate relationship marketing communication strategies and execute them using an email campaign deployment platform;
  • Coordinate and prepare marketing materials, including the management of suppliers and partners;
  • Participate in the coordination or organization of events;
  • Review and analyze marketing performance to determine effectiveness and ensure a good ROI;
  • Prepare useful and easy to understand reports (mostly Word, Excel or PowerPoint);
  • Participate and get involved in the execution of special projects;
  • Participate in the assessment of budgetary needs and monitor the annual budget;
  • Act as a point of contact with various internal and external parties (agencies, translators, suppliers, manufacturers, etc.);
  • Assist in the development of various oral presentations;
  • Work closely with the merchandising and sales teams;
  • Coordinate deadlines, planning and distribution of work;
  • Prepare creative briefs for marketing support teams when necessary;

  • You have a degree in business administration, marketing or communication and you have a keen interest in marketing and the distribution industry. To date, you have acquired 3 to 5 years of experience and are motivated to put your marketing skills and knowledge to good use;
  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C;
  • Knowledge in relationship marketing is an asset;
  • You are bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken;
