Michel’s advancement at Groupe Touchette is quite interesting: he started 15 years ago as?Service attendant and tire installer for our ICI Pneu Touchette centre. He then went on to become Technical Adviser at the same centre. Later, he was promoted Banner Manager as part of the Operations team for the ICI Pneu / Tireland centres network. He now works as Product Merchandiser within the Marketing and Merchandising department.

Even though I was working a temporary job at Groupe Touchette, I could still take advantage of promotion opportunities. I now work full-time as a dispatcher in our Saint-Laurent warehouse.
